The Artist + Art Worker Process Group (AAWPG) is designed for organizations seeking a clinically grounded, structured intervention to support creative professionals in sustaining their work over time. AAWPG addresses common organizational challenges including creative burnout, tension between institutional demands and creative identity, and mission fatigue within creative systems. Through a contained, facilitator-led process, participants are supported in strengthening clarity, boundaries, and resilience in relation to their creative roles.
