With a trauma-informed and relational approach rooted in anti-oppressive frameworks, I help teams and leaders address not only what is happening — but why, and how to build something more sustainable.

My Approach

As a licensed therapist (LMSW) and experienced facilitator, I bridge person-centered tools with organizational strategy. My work centers emotional intelligence, power analysis, and long-term repair — not quick fixes. I help teams move beyond DEI fatigue or surface-level programming into real relational accountability and structural alignment.
